The short version: we collect your email only if you give it to us, and we don't sell it.
What we collect. If you join our readers' list, we store the email address you give us, and nothing else. We do not ask for your name, your address, or anything we don't need.
What we do with it. We use it to send you the free book you asked for, and an occasional note when there is a new one. That is all. We do not sell, rent, or share your address with anyone.
Leaving. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click and you are out, and we delete you from the list. You can also write to us and we'll do it for you.
Who holds it. Our mailing list is held with our email provider, and the free book is delivered by our book-delivery provider. Both hold your address only to do those jobs.
Cookies and visitor counts. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. We do count visits, so we know which books people are looking at and whether the pages load quickly enough. It runs on our own domain, it records the page and roughly which country it was read from, and it stores nothing that identifies you and nothing that follows you to any other site.
