Henty Street church

Written for readers who have finished Book 1.

Henty Street church is the spiritual home of the story's small community — a plain brick building in the corridor, warm, unpretentious, and comfortable. Evangelical and easygoing, it is the ordinary suburban congregation Hannah has belonged to for nine years, and the fellowship from which the story's faithful are drawn. What such a comfortable church becomes when the easy years end is one of the book's quiet questions.
